Visitor Parking is open 24 hours a day at the corner of Forest Lane and Park Central Drive for Buildings A, B and C. Parking access to Building D can be found at the corner of Park Central and Merit Drive and parking for CareTower E is available in the CareTower E Garage off Merit Drive. Parking fees are as follows:

Up to 1 hour: $1.00
61 minutes - 2 hours: $2.00
2 hours to 3 hours: $3.00
Over 3 hours: $4.00

A weekly rate of $25.00 with unlimited entrance is available for those who regularly visit the hospital. To purchase a weekly pass, contact Security at (972) 566-4800 or (972) 566-5511.

Cash and checks are accepted.

Valet parking is available for $6.00 a day at Building A from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., at Building C from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and at Building D from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Parking meters are also available on Park Central Drive.

Security
The Medical City Security Department provides 24-hour service and protection for our patients, visitors and employees. Security Officers patrol the campus using a variety of methods including camera, vehicle and foot patrol. To request emergency assistance or report suspicious activity, dial 911 from any hospital telephone, or 972-566-4800 from the pay telephone.

Escorts
For those with safety concerns, the Security Department will accompany you from the hospital to your vehicle. Dial 4800 from any hospital telephone, or 972-566-4800 from the pay telephones and a Security representative will meet you at a designated area and escort you to your vehicle.
